The Kings County CA Department of Child Support Services has issued an RFP to Provide process services for child support on an "as requested" basis for the Kings County Department of Child Support Services. The outside vendor will primarily serve documents outside of Kings County, the department may also require that the outside vendor serve documents within Kings County from time to time.
