Process Servers Help Single Mom

CHICAGO, IL -- After the story of single mom Luz Pagan was featured in a local newspaper, readers poured in support, including cash to help pay for rent. Andy Raphael of LaSalle Process Servers LP also offered Pagan an office job. The process service job includes benefits and allows Pagan to earn 40% more than she was earning at her previous job. Pagan has told the newspaper that she is touched and very grateful for the help she has received.

Will Process Server Harassment Suit be Dismissed?

JEFFERSON COUNTY, TX – The city of Beaumont has asked that a case against them be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction. A local judge did not grant the plea, but the Ninth Court of Appeals reversed that decision. The case was launched against the city after Klein Investigations & Consulting alleged that police from Beaumont harassed their process servers, telling them that they were trespassing when they were not and engaging in other harassing behaviors. The case has not been remanded back to a trial court and an instruction has been made to dismiss the suit.

Process Server Seeks Clerk Post

MEMPHIS, TN – The race for Shelby County General Sessions Court clerk includes many candidates, including process server and Republican James R. Finney. Finney says that he has worked with the clerk’s office for 24 years, mostly in his capacity as a process server and owner of Metro Legal Process Inc., and he says that one of the problems with the office is that no changes have been made. He says that he aims to listen to people and to make the changes needed to the office.

New Bail Bond and Process Service Business Opens

MASON CITY, IA -- M&M Bail Bonds has just been opened. According to owner Monte and LeeAnn Mosher, the new business will be open 24 hours a day and will also offer process service for any legal or official documents. M&M Bail Bonds is independently owned but under the umbrella of First Call Bail Bonds. Process service is available throughout North Central Iowa.
