Video Highlights from PACES
Steve Glenn walked into the Summit Conference Center on October 13th with tears in his eyes. "People told us we couldn't have an association like this," he said. The first annual Process Servers Association of Colorado (PSACO) Conference, titled PACES, was held in Aurora, Colorado, and focused on education and tactics for service of process. PACES, the PSACO Annual Conference and Education Seminar, brought speakers together to discuss gadgets, marketing, assault, working with law enforcement, and more.
"I think it was great to have this set of speakers for this first conference of PSACO," Glenn said. "They all spoke from their hearts and they all spoke from expertise and they're all in the top, in my opinion, of their professions in Colorado." The PSACO President particularly enjoyed a presentation given by a local CPA on the best way to structure a process serving firm as well as one presentation titled Mr. Gadget which covered tools for audio and video surveillance.

Glenn said that all attendees are planning to come back for the 2013 event. With a number of issues to address including process server assault, legislation, and working with registered agents he believes there is a lot of opportunity to get involved. Glenn hopes the event will boost the level of professionalism in the industry.
