Designate Specific ServeManager E-mail Recipients

November 29, 2010  |  by ServeNow Staff  |  ServeManager

E-mail

It may not make sense for every ServeManager user associated with your business to receive every e-mail generated through the system. If you have one profile for process servers in San Francisco and another for servers in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles servers likely don’t need to receive messages about San Francisco assignments.

Setting up your ServeManager user accounts so that your associates only receive messages relevant to them is a simple process. Here’s how:

1. Log in at www.Lawgical.com
2. Click on “Products & Profiles”
3. Click on “Manage Profiles”
4. Choose your desired profile and click “Edit Profile”
5. On the right is an area labeled “Advertiser Messaging.” You can select the boxes next to people’s names to designate whether you want them to receive messages for that profile.
