For whatever reason, you might assign a job to someone and they either don’t accept it or have to decline. Or someone might have assigned a job to you and you just can’t get to it. ServeManager has made it easy to re-assign pending jobs to another available process server so the job can still be completed on time.

Here’s how to re-assign a job:

  1. Click on the “My Jobs” tab and then choose “Pending Jobs.”
  2. Choose a specific job.
  3. In the dark gray tab at the top with the job number and recipient’s name, you should see a link next to the assigned process server’s name that says “re-assign.”
  4. Click on the re-assign link and you can choose a new process server for the job.
