ServeManager’s Small Changes Make a Big Difference

The ServeManager team recently rolled out some large-scale changes, such as integrating ServeManager with ProcessServers.com. In addition to these big changes, the upgrades included some smaller updates that address suggestions we have received from our loyal users. These small-but-significant improvements include:

  • During job creation, you can leave the court date field empty if the job is not related to a court case.
  • The due date for the jobs you create now defaults to a week ahead.
  • The job creator can now indicate when documents have been received, which is noted on the affidavit. This documentation on the affidavit satisfies the requirements of certain states.
  • There is now a line on the affidavit to indicate when commission expires.

We appreciate it when ServeManager users send us suggestions and feedback because we use it to continually improve and evolve the application. To send us your suggestions, click here and fill out the contact form.
