About Adante' Associates

Adanté Associates is operated by Ada Patterson currently a DOT Inspector with the Maryland Transportation Authority Police Department. Ms. Patterson has been with the MdTA Police Department since 1997; formerly employed as a certified police dispatcher. Her 14 years of law enforcement stems from security extending to the judicial branch of law. Prior employment has included government agencies such as Highland Park Municipal Court where; she was a certified court clerk, Social Security Administration where; she was a certified federal armed security officer. She also was honored to be one of the first certified federal security screeners for the United States Transportation Security Administration at the Baltimore Washington International Airport. Her extensive background includes many areas of training on the federal and local levels of law enforcement.

In addition to employment, Ms. Patterson is also a volunteer auxiliary police officer with the Baltimore City Police Department. She has also been involved with other volunteer activities such as Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Dr. Ben Carson Scholarship Fund and many other charitable organizations.

Adanté Associates' employees also are a diversified set of people. It employess consists of law enforcement officers, security officers and other law biding citizens. It's employees bring a large range of experience in MILES/NCIC operation, skip tracing, bounty hunting, surveillance, security, community policing and many other attributes that assist in providing "Satisfaction in the Process" (our motto).
