About Court Service, Inc.

Bringing four decades of experience with him our Administrator, E. C. "Chuck" Genter, has been involved in law enforcement all his life. When still a teenager Chuck worked as a courier and surveillance agent with The Greater Miami Detective Agency whom during this era was one of the top Detective Agencies in Florida. At twenty years of age Chuck entered the Metro Dade Police Academy, Class #39, to be trained in law enforcement for State of Florida certification as a Police Officer. Chuck graduated tenth in his class with honors in each discipline of study. While working as a Police Officer, Chuck founded and established Results Detective Agency, Inc. and worked that agency until it outgrew his position as a Police Officer.

After leaving the police department Chuck was recruited by Eastern Airlines as a non-management contract employee to contract as a full time Sky Marshall employee. Chuck stayed with Eastern until the company went out of business. Upon completion of his contracted work with Eastern Airlines, Chuck was approached and recruited by the United States Marshall's Office to work in the Federal Prisoner Transport program. This was the beginning era of transporting federal prisoners via commercial aircraft. Chuck stayed with the Marshall's Office until the government announced a ten percent cut back across the board in government spending.

On leaving the Marshall's Office Chuck dove full time into Results Detective Agency, Inc. and was blessed by his efforts and the results of his company. Chuck worked as a Bond Enforcement Agent and brought in numerous national and international bond revocations. Results Detective Agency was bringing in twenty vehicle recovery units per night for literally thousands of recoveries. The private investigations were highly successful in both civil and criminal fields. We are here to utilize all this experience to assist you in your efforts.
