About

Founder: Robert W. Gietzen has 35 years of investigative Experience, 20 of those years spent as a law enforcement officer on county and state levels. 15 years were spent as a state attorney investigator where he specialized in sophisticated white collar crime cases.

Mr. Gietzen has a degree in police science and administration and is a Florida Certified Investigator. He is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator and has testified as an expert in state and federal court in the area of investigations. He is also a past president of the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers. In following through with his part in the investigative community Mr. Gietzen was an adjunct professor and author of the syllabus for Hillsborough Community College's private investigator's course.

After retirement from law enforcement Mr. Gietzen founded Gietzen & Associates, Inc. to provide a high quality, full service investigative agency. As a result of his endeavor to provide the the best service and his eye for talented people, Mr. Gietzen employs only highly qualified staff members.

The company is now run by Michael J. Conroy. He is a retired police officer with plenty of experience in investigations and surveillance work. He is currently the Director of Operations and the lead investigator.
