Our company was founded in 1980 by Glenn Brooks, a former Inspector with the U.S. Marshall Service. As an Inspector over the WITSEC Program in the Northern District of Alabama, Deputy U.S. Marshal Brooks gained the training and skills necessary to navigate any legal situation. In 1980 he took that experience and know how to the private sector and created a business that has provided legal support services to countless law firms and individuals.

Sheila Brooks who now runs the company came on board in 1984 and has a vast amount of comprehensive knowledge and experience in every aspect of the business.

Utilizing a state of the art tracking system, we provide third party confirmation of the exact date, time and location of each process served.
