Guard Services, Inc. is a registered Private Detective Agency and Security Contractor Agency licensed by the State of Illinois. From its inception in 1957 it has grown considerably and now includes services to engage in the business of fire watchmen, access control, and guard & patrol protection, Process Service, all types of investigations and information gathering, utilizing the most up-to-date equipment and procedures available.Several of G.S.I. principles are registered with the State of Illinois, Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, as Private Detectives, Private Security Contractors, and Alarm Contractor, as well as a Certified Protection Professional by International Standards (A.S.I.S.). As necessary we will meet or exceed the mandatory requirements of either the United States Government and/or the State of Illinois.
We are home based in Peoria, Illinois but service a wide selection of the surrounding Central Illinois Counties including a Branch Office in Springfield, IL.
