Since 1991 Information Search, Inc. (ISI) has been providing services to law firms, private investigators, insurance companies, law enforcement and government agencies, general businesses and the public.

Whether you are looking for someone's new address in order to serve them, trying to contact a person who has a non-published phone number, trying to serve a difficult process service, need to uncover assets for litigation purposes or have to check on a person's background, ISI can provide the information and service you need. Our firm has processed tens of thousands of requests for all types of information. Asset searches, service of process, background searches, telephone searches, due diligence and location searches. These are the six core types of services that Information Search performs.

What makes Information Search Inc. different from all other processor servers?

- First, we will make the initial 2 attempts to serve your papers within 10 days of receiving them.

- The remaining attempts will be scheduled prior to expiration as soon as possible.

- Second, affidavits of service or non-service will be sent to you immediately.

- Third, we will send you an e-mail notification informing you of the results of each attempt and/or delivery or non-service as they occur.

- Fourth, our system will allow your office to log on to our website and query the status of your Summons and Subpoenas on line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Progress updates will be made daily by our servers in the field.

After thousands of searches performed locally, nationally and internationally, ISI still adheres to the basic premise that the client deserves a full 100% of our efforts. That a search is not complete until the client has the information that was requested or all avenues have been exhausted and that the client has the right to expect prompt, accurate and economical research results.
