Interior Bailiffs Inc. is a member in good standing in British Columbia since 1984. Interior operates exclusively in bailiff and process service functions, including seizure’s under the Personal Property Security Act, the Repairer’s Lien Act and the Rent Distress Act. Interior Bailiffs is often employed by major financial institutions with regards to the more sophisticated and complex realization files.

During his 31 year tenure and a licenced bailiff and process server, Wayne MacGregor has held numerous appointments as court-appointed receiver and instrument receiver manager, a demonstration of his creditability, ability and expertise in the bailiff and process serving field.
