About Judicial Process & Support, Inc.

Judicial Process & Support is a Litigation Support Company founded in 2000. We are a family owned business currently located in Downtown Miami established to primarily serve Law Firms, Banks, Insurance and Judgment Recovery Companies.

Since 1987, Maria J. Gutierrez, President of JPS. has been involved continuously with the legal field. She has been employed by reputable and distinguished National and International law firms in the Miami-Dade County area. As a former Litigation and Insolvency Paralegal, she has been assigned to the most complex litigation matters involving claims in excess of 150 million dollars. Also, as a graduate of the Florida International University, she obtained a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in December 1997 which has given her the necessary tools to be an efficient assistant to those associated within the legal field. Finally, she obtained from the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services in October 2002 her Private Investigative License.

We at JPS take great pride in being retained by the most reputable attorneys in South Florida. Our services include, Service of Process, Private Investigations and Courthouse Research. We have recently introduced our “Web Tracker” which allows our clients to view on-line the last 150 Service of Process assignments. Our clients will receive via e-mail messages concerning the status of their services and will also receive messages once the documents have been served.

Our talented team of Court Certified Process Servers and affiliates nationwide can successfully meet the most time sensitive deadlines. We have established a reputation for serving evasive defendants and witnesses and have made those services our specialty. Finally, we are fully bonded and insured according to State requirements and welcome you to visit our offices located in the Biscayne Building.
