About Richard Grove, CEO / President:
At the age of 18 Mr. Grove was conducting his first undercover operation with a federal law enforcement agency. His career would take him from those quite beginnings to the private sector. Over his 34 year career he has worked for such organizations as FLAG (the Federation of Law and Government), CSI (Combined Intelligence Services), ISA (Investigative Services Agency), and several others. He currently is the founder and CEO of NISA in charge of all agents and investigators. He is also the Chief Instructor for the NISA training Academy. He has personally trained individuals from the FBI, Secret Service, State Police, Local Law Enforcement as well as every branch of the Military. Among his many specialties are programs that deal with the safety of the officer and Investigators as well as their clients. Over the course of his career Mr. Grove has worked on homicides, missing persons, extortion cases, and government corruption cases just to mention a few. Mr. Grove is currently one of the most sought after investigators in America today.
