We offer video surveillance for Worker's Comp, Slip and Fails, Domestic claims. We document our findings as well as provide edited video in either DVD, CD-Rom or VHS. Through the years we have offered professional court room testimony saving our clients from exaggerated or false claims of injury.

 

Since 1987 John and Paula LaPointe have been appointed Process Servers for the Mobile and Baldwin County (Alabama) Courts. We have a proven track record of providing fast service even on those who would avoid us. Process Service

Our prices vary depending on were service is to be preformed. Gas prices have continued to increase, however we have tried to maintain a reasonable rate. Normally in the Greater Mobile Area we charge $65.00 with three attempts. ( As of Aug. 11, 2008 and subject to change in keeping with fuel prices). Our charges are based on a per paper charge  inorder to keep pricing down.

           E-Filing

Alabama as well as many other states have now gone to e-filing streamlining service and time. You can email your service to us in a .pdf for speeding up delivery time and eliminating the need for mail or overnight delivery.

 

           What we need to know

· We will need to know your state laws regarding service on weekends and or hours

· Who can accept service at a residence and age restrictions

· Does your state require notarized returns ( Additional fee of $15.00)

· Is service to be restricted to only the named party (additional charges may apply)

           Were do we serve

We provide service throughout Mobile, Washington and Baldwin Counties in Alabama. We can also assist in the Jackson and Harrison Counties in Mississippi area. If services are not in this area  but you need service we will be glad to discuss this with you.
