About Pronto Process Services

Our Location:
Pronto Process Services (PPS) is a highly skilled, professional, full service registered Process Service (RPS) agency based in beautiful Marin County, CA, a mere 15 minutes North of the world famous Golden Gate Bridge and the internationally renowned, metropolitan city of San Francisco.

Our Registration:
We have been Registered Process Servers in Marin County, CA (#174) for over 35 years and all of our service agents are Registered, Bonded and Insured pursuant to California Business & Professions Code Section 22350 to assure our clients the very best in the expert service of legal process on your named recipients.

Our History
PPS has been providing its diverse clientele in the legal arena, the corporate sector, municipal government entities and private parties with seamless, on time, professional service of legal process for over 35 years and, in that time period, our agents have served literally thousands of legal papers on a wide variety of recipients in California, throughout the United States and internationally as well!

Service Status Reports:
Most of the papers we receive for services are assigned to an agent and served within 3 to 4 days unless the client requests “RUSH” service, in which case papers are dispatched and served immediately! Our “Service Status Reports” are generated to our clients on a daily basis, when served or problem with service basis and our proofs of service are completed in a timely manner and returned to our clients post haste.

Billing Procedures:
Our billing invoices are provided with each proof of service and we accept Visa, Master Charge, Discover & American Express credit cards, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and, yes, even Cash. Our clients may also request a monthly service rate based on the volume of papers served or the extent of services we might provide them with.
