Reliable Investigation & Process Service LLC is owned and operated by Charles Lindsay, former two term elected Rankin County Constable, and state certified law enforcement officer with over twelve years of investigative, process serving and court room testifying experience.

Working in the central Mississippi area for twelve years, several of those as an elected official has helped enable Mr. Lindsay to create a personal working relationship with the courts,their personnel and the numerous Law Enforcement Agencies in the central Mississippi area
