We are a fully-staffed process serving and attorney assistance business with an appreciation of the importance of offering individual attention to our clients. We have been serving the legal community for more than twenty years. We offer process service nationwide and in Canada. Our office is located in and we specialize in service in the Catskill Mountain/Mid-Hudson Valley area of upstate New York, approximately two hours north of New York City. The principals of the business regularly participate in continuing education and are certified by the New York State Professional Process Servers Association. Kim F. Letus is a sitting board member of the New York State Professional Process Servers Association. We have a friendly, proficient office staff available 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays to assist you and answer your questions, and a voice mail system that is available to take your messages at all times when the office is closed.
