About Special Delivery Process Servers
We are located in Albert Lea, MN (I-90 and I-35). We are available anytime to serve papers. Our office goes to training each year to stay current with changes in the law (currently in 2008 we have over 80 hours). Not all papers are the same and problems can occur when private process servers do not understand what they are serving. Most private process servers do not carry liability insurance, but we have over $1,000.000.00 in coverage in case the need should arise.My experience has been with the Freeborn County Sheriffs Office in Civil Process for almost 16 years. I wanted to start my own private process service business and not continue in the government sector.
