Spell Investigations, LLC offers statewide delivery of service.

We provide service to any location in Mississippi for a flat rate. There is no charge for mileage or notarized proofs of service. Three Day or Rush service is available upon request and a priced quoted according to the urgency needed.

Being in law enforcement, I know first hand that many times, outside process is not the first priority of any law enforcement agency. That is why I began this company and offer services to those in need. And with that being said, I try to do most jobs personally to insure the job is done correctly. I pride myself in providing quick, fast, and professional service. In most instances, jobs are completed within the first few days of possesion of the paperwork. But with every business a network of professionals need to be available for expansion, in which I have available to provide statewide process service.

Owner, Jerry Spell, is currently serving as a criminal investigator with Copiah County Sheriff's Department. He started his law enforcement career in 2001 and became a certified officer at Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers' Training Academy. Within a year, he made detective while employed at Crystal Springs Police Department. In 2004, he became an Investigator with Copiah County Sheriff's Department. In 2006, he became one of the first in the state to become a Certified Investigator through Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers' Training Academy. Throughout his career he has been trained in various areas to include Interview and Interrogations, Child Forensic Interviews, and has completed two of the three phases of Accident Reconstruction.
