FIVE STEPS TO GET OUR INVALUABLE SERVICE

1. Request your Service on your letter head and give us as much information on your target. For example, the kind of vehicle target drives, and provide a picture if available. The easier you make it for us the faster we can serve your documents! Unless you tell us otherwise we will sub-serve it if we cannot serve it personally and we will serve it on Sunday, our best day for serving, in NC, VA and SC.

2. You can Email your documents, and then pay by credit card or send everything by regular mail or next day service. You can pay by check or by credit card even if you send by regular mail. Send us your blank affidavit or return of service. We will notarize it. If you prefer we can prepare an affidavit of service for an additional $15 for each job order or $25 for difficult ones. No service will take place without prepayment of all fees.

3. Our fee for exceptional service is per person (wife and husband count as two), per entity or Registered Agent, per lawsuit, per address. Number of documents or pages does not matter. Two addresses will require two fees. In return we will provide up to three “good faith attempts” for each address and for each defendant.

4. SAME DAY OR TWO DAY RUSH SERVICE is available for a higher fee and on a first come, first served basis. Call for daily availability and your confirmation number. Documents and prepayment must be received by 11 AM for service that day (you can email your scanned documents to us if an original does not need to be served). If your Same Day Service Request and documents arrive after 11 AM it will become a 2 DAY RUSH SERVICE instead. If you send your packet overnight please do not request signature at delivery as we are in and out of the office and do not want to miss your delivery.

5. Upon receipt of your service packet and our fee, a control number will be assigned to your order. We will email you this in our acknowledgment. Most services are completed in days. We will not provide status updates since our turnaround time is sufficiently timely.
