FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO RECEIVE OUR INVALUABLE SERVICE

1. Our quotes are priced for prepayment. No service will take place without prepayment of all fees. Billing (Net 10 days) is available for a batch of 10 or more service requests or for continuous volume each month of 10 or more.

2. A worst case scenario of 11 business days is required to complete our ROUTINE SERVICE (excluding Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). We serve Sundays, holidays and sub-serve co-residents unless you tell us otherwise. All Routine Services are bundled and served during our core delivery days which are Friday through Monday.

3. Add $15 if you want us to prepare a SwiftWings affidavit or save $15 and prepare your own affidavit, return or proof of service. We will notarize one form at our expense.

4. Our fee for exceptional service is per person, per entity, per registered agent, per lawsuit, and per address. Number of documents or pages does not matter. We provide up to three “good faith attempts” for each target and we get to determine the time of each attempt.

5. RUSH SERVICE is available for a higher fee on a first come first served basis. Ask for rates and availability. If you send your packet overnight please do not request signature at delivery as we are in and out of the office and do not want to miss your delivery.
