Tennessee Process Services is locally owned and operated and has been providing reliable services to the legal community since 2002.
Our charges are on a flat fee basis, depending on the county where service is to be performed and include all attempts. We will keep you informed of the progress and if there are any problems (incorrect addresses, unable to locate defendants, defendants evading service, etc...) we will notify you for further instructions. First attempt is generally 1 to 2 days.
