About The Tostensen Company
The Tostensen Company began in December of 1994 to address the growing need for a professional process server and to help ease the tremendous burden that process serving put on the Glynn County Sheriff's Department. Sammy Tostensen, former Clerk of Superior Court for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit, knew first hand the importance that a qualified and professional process server could have in this area.The Tostensen Company has a standing order to serve process in all courts in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit as well as the Federal Court. Sammy Tostensen is a former Deputy Sheriff in addition to former Clerk of Superior Court and has years of experience in working closly with many local attorneys.
The Tostensen Company understands the importance of tactful and discreet service and is ever mindful of the responsibilities becoming of an officer of the court.
The Tostensen Company also welcomes the addition of Sam Tostensen, son of Sammy Tostensen, to help broaden the scope of service to our clients.
