About TPS Services, Inc.
In 1990 I first opened private process service serving all of Tennessee. On four separate occasions I have served as president over our state association TAPPS. I have been active in working with the state legislature regarding bills pertaining to private process servers in the state of Tennessee. I helped the state association in starting an annual in service training and review of all new legislation passed by the state legislature. In 2003 to provide better services, I started a new Company called TPS Services,Inc. This Company has a broader range of services that now encompasses the entire state of Tennessee and Southeastern Kentucky. My process serving experience expands over 29 years of serving court process of all kinds and also includes foreclosure sales at courthouses.
