Yarger's Process Serving is a legal document serving company, located in the Sault Ste Marie area. Our goal is to serve our clients with integrity and professionalism at a reasonable rate.

We charge a flat rate which includes mileage, notarization and unlimited attempts within city limits. This will ultimately save you time and money.

We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Yarger's Process Service uses the latest technology from civilmap.com (for iPhone) to help our process servers ensure they are in compliance with the rules of civil procedure of Michigan.

Further, the technology lets our process servers enter information that will be sent to a secure database in which you, the paying customer, can access to follow the progress of services.

Yarger's Process Service is delighted to have found such great software as it dramatically increases efficiency in the process of serving, while it also reduces the chance of human error.
