Description: The Division of Welfare and Supportive Services is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed businesses to provide nationwide process of service for the Nevada Child Support Enforcement Program. It is anticipated that a multi year contract will be awarded based on this RFP. Vendors must have the ability to provide process of service nationally, either individually or through cooperative partnerships. Local law enforcement agencies in some counties of Nevada provide process service of documents. In the Las Vegas metropolitan area, process of service duties is performed by Clark County District Attorney staff. The goal of this RFP is to contract with one or more qualified vendors to supplement the services provided by local law enforcement agencies. It is anticipated there will be approximately 80 referrals made per month.
