Performance of processing duties will take place in the United States and its territories, including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Marianas and outside of the United States to the central authorities of countries that are parties to the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory and Additional Protocol.
