Description: It is the intent of the department to purchase process serving services exclusively from the awarded contract. The persons to be served are within the geographic boundaries of the greater Kansas City area defined as Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth, Douglas, Franklin, and Miami counties in Kansas; and Jackson and Clay counties in Missouri. The department anticipates that it will refer approximately 75 cases per month for service of process. These figures are estimates only and are not a guarantee of minimum work.
