Requirements to Become a Process Server in Oregon
- Process servers in the state of Oregon are not required to be licensed.
- Any person over the age of eighteen (18) and not a party to the case may serve process in Oregon. State law requires that any person who serves a Writ of Garnishment must have E&O (errors and omissions insurance) coverage with minimum limits of $100,000.
