Once you have set up these benefits, you'll need to let your membership know. To make this easier, we've put together an email template for your association to use that outlines these benefits. Click here to download the template.

Participation Requirements

You are not required to offer all the above benefits to your constituency. You may select which ones will have the most value to your members. Member benefit programs are only valuable if your members know about them. So, we ask that all participating associations do the following:

• the association will publish the member benefits on its site
• the association either a) sends an annual email about the member benefits to your members, or b) provide us with a member list
• the association notifies all new members of these programs upon joining
• the association agrees to let us use their logo and name in marketing materials related to this partnership
