ServeNow Is Changing. Here's What It Means for Agencies.

For years, ServeNow has been one of the best-known places to find a process server. We're investing in it again, and we want agencies to hear directly from us about what's changing and why.

Why we're changing

ServeNow was built as a traditional pay-to-list directory. That model helped law firms find servers, but it hasn't kept up with how legal professionals work today. They want to find a qualified server, place the order, and track it in one place. We're modernizing ServeNow to make it useful again to the people ordering service and to the agencies doing the work.

What's staying the same

  • Local and statewide listings continue. Agencies can still be listed in ServeNow's local and statewide listings.
  • Your pricing isn't changing right now. Existing listings keep their current pricing. If that changes in the future, we'll let you know in advance.
  • Your listing carries over. If you advertise with us today, your listing moves to the new ServeNow. To manage it, claim your profile.

What's new

A marketplace, not just a directory

ServeNow is becoming a place where law firms and individuals can order service directly, not just look up a phone number.

The AI ordering assistant

In one guided conversation, customers can upload their documents, enter recipient details, choose an agency and service level, and pay. After the order is placed, the assistant keeps customers updated on its status.

Credentialed Marketplace agencies

Agencies can also apply to join the ServeNow Marketplace. Accepted agencies:

  • Receive orders from ServeNow and from InfoTrack's other ordering channels
  • Are listed across their actual coverage area
  • Are highlighted in search results
  • Get paid directly by InfoTrack, with no invoicing or collections

Statewide listings

Statewide listings are still a paid add-on. They can also receive orders through the AI ordering assistant, but only if the agency has applied and been accepted into the Marketplace. You will be directed to this inside ServeManager once your account has been set up.

One profile, managed in ServeManager

Each agency now has one profile instead of separate ServeNow and Exchange profiles, and you manage it in ServeManager. To get started, request your profile using the email address on your ServeNow listing. We'll send you a personal link to create a ServeManager account or connect your existing one.

In ServeManager you can update your description, email and website. Your coverage area is shown for reference. To change it, contact us.

What this means for you

Already a credentialed Exchange agency: Your profile is live on the new ServeNow. Please log in to your ServeManager account to check that your coverage, contact details and description are up to date.

Advertising on ServeNow today: Your listing carries over and your current pricing stays in place for now. To manage it, claim your profile. Once your account is set up, you'll also be able to apply for the Marketplace inside your ServeManager account if you're interested.

New to ServeNow: Apply here to get listed.
