Civic Process Services provides civil service of process, court filing, skip tracing, and field work across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. We serve law firms, corporate legal departments, small businesses, and individuals who need a matter handled correctly and documented to hold up in court.

We handle family law, landlord-tenant, creditor and collections, personal injury, and general civil litigation, from a single serve to recurring firm volume.

Detroit-based and operating metro-wide, we are bonded, insured, and federally vetted, with a $10,000 process server bond on file, an active Michigan notary commission, and SAM.gov federal vendor registration.

The same operator handles every assignment. Court-compliant affidavits are returned within 24 hours of completed service, and every attempt is GPS-stamped and documented so the affidavit holds up if service is challenged.
