We work with a network of investigators and process servers that allow us to do investigative work and service of process throughout the country. All our investigators and process servers are vetted to assure that they go above and beyond in all aspects of the business. When serving court documents, all our agents utilize a mobile software application which documents not only their efforts but pings their GPS position so that there is no question from either side that the investigator was at the location. All process service rates are a flat rate per address unless a surveillance is needed. We make three valid attempts at various times of the day to assure that you get the best results. Additionally, if we are unable to locate the individual, we have access to a state-of-the-art database that we utilize to locate evasive individuals or new addresses as needed. This is included in the cost of each service, so there is no additional charge. We implemented this in 2017 to give our clients a little more flexibility and reduce the costs to their clients.
