One of our agents has been appointed as a Special Process Server by the Pasco County Sheriff and is available to serve your needs in Pasco County. We also have agents that are currently certified to serve process in Hillsborough County (13th Judicial Circuit), Polk County (10th Judicial Circuit) and in Sarasota and Manatee Counties (12th Judicial Circuit). Our well established nationwide partner network enables us to manage all of your legal process needs across the state and across the country. We are also a full service Private Investigation Agency (License #A-2400098). We are available 24/7 and insured with a $1,000,000 General Liability policy, which includes Omissions and Errors.
Rates apply to service in Pasco, Hillsborough, Polk, Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Add $20 for service in any other Florida County. Call for Nationwide rates.
Routine Service: $65. Up to three attempts made on three separate days and at different times of the day commencing no later than two days from receipt of the documents.
Rush Service: $85. First attempt made within 24 hours following receipt of the documents. Second and third attempts made on consecutive days; excluding Sunday.
Special Rush (Same Day Service): $105. First attempt made as soon as possible. Depending on the time of day when the documents are received, a second and third attempt will be made that same day. If necessary, additional attempts will be made on two consecutive days; excluding Sunday.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (Related to the Service of Process).
Skip Trace: $60 per name.
Stakeout: $60 first hour. $40 each additional hour.
The first attempt will be made pursuant the following schedule:
Routine Service: 48 hours or less.
Rush Service: 24 hours or less.
Special Rush: 3 hours or less.
