WITNESS FEES:
We will serve Witness Fee Checks provided by our clients and attached to subpoenas delivered to Triple Oak Investigative Services, LLC., at our physical office address, 5434 Hwy.1 Raceland, Louisiana 70394.
If timing is an issue, We can provide Witness Fees via a Money order to be delivered with your documents you send us via email.
*** Please inquire about rates to cover these witness fee money orders which are based on the amount of the witness fee and the time and expense necessary to obtain the money order from a local vendor.
If sending documents which include a witness fee via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or other courier service, please be sure to include with your documents a Cashiers Bank Check, Money Order or Pre-Approved Company check for the quoted service fee with your documents and funds to be served.
Many clients require each Return of Service to be officially notarized by a State of Louisiana Licensed Notary. As this service is performed by an outside notary, there will be a fee from the notary included. We will gladly quote notary fees when you call to make all arrangements for Service and Payment.
If Louisiana Notarized Returns are not required please make that clear when obtaining your quote!
