About the Company
We are a small company with a network of support, technical, sales, marketing, networking, database, & internet consulting specialists. We added our first Client in 1988, using a MS-DOS/UNIX based database software from INFORMIX. We changed to WINDOWS/LINUX/UNIX based database from PROGRESS in 1999.

PROSERVE provides a complete business management solution including case management, billing with client & geo based fee schedules, accounting, collection, commissions, tracking, status, dispatch, mobile photocopy document preparation, EWO & Levy document preparation.

Is your solution web based or does it required a PC/server installation?
PROSERVE is a client/server database with input/output connections to the internet for 24/7 Client Status, Order Entry, & Server Attempt updates. PROSERVE can be accessed remotely using WINDOWS Remote Terminal Services, and a variety of remote access programs.

Installation and configuration process
All PROSERVE & PROGRESS software can be downloaded & installed in an hour or less form our website. The “Server” can be XP/Professional, 2000/Professional, 2000/2003 Server, NT, UNIX, or LINUX. The Client or Workstation can be any windows from 95 to XP.
