Saying Goodbye to Stu

We are so sad to share that Stu Perlmutter of Professional Process Service in Waterbury, Connecticut, has passed away. Stu was a dear friend of ServeNow and will be missed.
It is with much sadness that we have to say goodbye to such a dear friend. Stu was among our first clients when we started ServeNow. We were lucky to get to know him professionally and personally. We also got to know his wonderful wife, Linda. Stu was one of the finest and most generous human beings I've ever known. My heart and my thoughts are with Linda and the Perlmutter family. ServeNow and the process serving community are in a better place having known Stu. He will be greatly missed.

We got to know Stu very well over the years. He was one of our first members on ServeNow and introduced us to many of his friends. Stu could find humor in any situation and made sure every conversation was filled with laughter. He always went above and beyond to help without expecting anything in return. Over the years he called with many ideas and suggestions about what else we could be doing for the industry. In addition, I watched him on many occasions sit down with new process servers at conferences and share his knowledge about the business and make sure they felt included. Stu will be sadly missed.

Services will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 26th at the Hills Restaurant in Waterbury. Frends and family are welcome. A fund to help his family cover expenses has been set up by Kevin Farina. Click here to donate.
