How Blair Leist Successfully Eluded Process Servers

NATRONA COUNTY, WY -- A contractor is suing former county development director Blair Leist. However, the contractor and the process servers hired by the contractor are not able to find Leist and he may face a default court judgment. Leist is being sued for $60,000 in materials and work. Leist's home is empty and his company dismantled. It is believed he may have left the country. A process server attempted service for three weeks but was unable to find Leist and concluded that he left the country or went into hiding to avoid service of process.
